Biography

Jaroslaw Gogolin, based in London, UK, balances his career as a self-employed electrician with his passion for filmmaking. Since 2014, he has directed and written 10 short films and a feature. His debut feature, “Once upon a time on All Hallows’ Eve,” earned acclaim and festival selections. Notable among his scripts is “Copland – in self defence,” recognized at various film festivals. In 2020, he penned “Light Years,” a successful sci-fi screenplay, along with three others. Jaroslaw’s script “Light Years” was chosen for the Nostos Screenwriting Retreats festival in Tuscany, Italy, inspiring his latest fantasy screenplay, “Black forest mystery.” Currently, he’s completing post-production on “Lost Dolls,” a film started in 2021.
