A violent uprising led by anti-android rebels plunges the city into chaos. To combat this, the government assembles an elite task force, R.A.U. Quadrant 4, led by Max Juarez and his hybrid partner Seven. As they hunt rogue androids and rebels, they uncover a dark conspiracy where powerful humans manipulate androids for sinister purposes.
